When am i eligible for a refund on hourly parking fees?
- When you have paid for/renewed Season Parking but the Electronic Parking System still deducted hourly parking fees during your exit from the car park.
- When the Electronic Parking System has charged an amount that is not correct according to the Parking Tariff displayed at the car park
- For motorcyclist, when the Electronic Parking System recognises you as a "Car" instead of a motorcycle.
How do I make a claim for refund?
- Fill in and Submit the form with supporting documents here https://www.lhnparking.com.sg/refund.html
- Your form will be processed and verified whether it meets the eligibility requirements.
- We will take up to 3 weeks to process and disburse your claim via PayNow or GIRO

Step 1: Log in to your bank’s existing internet banking or mobile banking app.
Step 2: At the PayNow registration screen, link your mobile number and/or Singapore NRIC/FIN to the bank account. For entities, link the UEN to the bank account. You will next receive an SMS OTP for verification.
Step 3: Finally, enter the name that will be used to identify you to complete the setup.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MOBILE NUMBER Please notify your bank of the change in mobile number. Your previous number will be de-linked from your bank account. You can then link your new mobile number to your bank account.

When are refunds on hourly parking not allowed?
- You renewed your season parking late. Please note that you have to allow up to 30 mins for our servers to update your season parking before you exit the car park
- You had submitted the wrong IU number or cashcard number in your online season parking application.
Termination of Season Parking
We do not offer refunds for unused portion of Season Parking fees.
